Job summary

Associate Staffing seeks a senior procurement professional to analyze historical spend data, develop category strategies, and lead end-to-end sourcing events. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, negotiate contracts, and mitigate risks, all while delivering maximum value.

Onsite presence in Englewood, CO or Littleton, CO is required; we welcome applicants who bring strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills to drive procurement

As a key member of our team, you will analyze historical spend data, develop and implement robust sourcing strategies across multiple categories, and lead end-to-end sourcing events. Your expertise will help identify process improvements, negotiate competitive contracts, and mitigate contractual risks—all while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver maximum value.

Required Skills:

• Proven results in strategic sourcing and procurement
• Expertise in analyzing spend data and developing category strategies
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and advise on contracts
• Excellent project management and documentation skills
• Results-oriented mindset focused on efficiency, accuracy, and quality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Procurement or Supply Chain professional certification
• Experience with vendor relationship management, escalation, and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of contract language drafting and risk mitigation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
• 8-10 years of management experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lead negotiations and develop strategic sourcing plans
