Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Overtime required – as needed basis.
• Travel 0-10% – as required.
• This is an in-office, hybrid position.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within commutable distance to Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category management strategies across spend categories.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance in line with SLAs and policies.
• Partner with stakeholders and risk teams to ensure third-party oversight and compliance.
• Execute RFIs, RFPs, RFQs with requirements gathering, evaluation and awards.
• Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify cost savings and improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Finance to ensure controls and risk standards are met.
• Negotiate commercial terms including pricing and data protection provisions.
• Support development and maintenance of procurement policies and governance.
• Supervise and develop sourcing/procurement team members.
