Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a sourcing specialist to protect our supply chain through in-depth understanding of current, potential, and future supply base.

You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, identify opportunities, and lead supplier development to ensure continuity and performance across global operations. Strong collaboration with product development and TI legal is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in supply chain/procurement.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or semiconductor downstream industries preferred.
• Experience with supplier selection, negotiation and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet objectives.
• Monitor market drivers and adjust sourcing approach to meet goals.
• Identify opportunities and define sourcing projects.
• Discover new suppliers and lead supplier development.
• Engage suppliers to execute projects and enhance supply chain resilience.
• Own spend category and sourcing strategy; manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Lead contract development with TI legal; negotiate terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with global teams to mitigate risk and ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with new product development to source next technology needs.
