Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a strategic IT leader to transform its Supply Chain Planning capabilities. You will work with operations and manufacturing partners to drive data-driven decisions, demand sensing, and multi-stage inventory optimization to improve customer satisfaction and capital efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in Advanced SCM solutions, strong leadership, and experience in architecture and governance of planning platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions end-to-end in manufacturing.
• Experience with Demand Forecasting, Enterprise supply planning, Capacity Planning, Factory Start Plans, Order Scheduling and Inventory Optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology vision and strategy for planning processes and systems.
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing partners, IT teams and executives to align planning with financial goals.
• Lead transformation initiatives using new tools, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Own architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of planning platforms.
• Ensure data governance and master data integrity across planning and supply chain systems.
