Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet corporate objectives.
• Monitor supply market drivers and adjust sourcing strategy to meet performance goals.
• Identify opportunities and define sourcing projects.
• Discover new sources of supply and lead supplier development.
• Engage suppliers to execute projects and drive supply chain resilience.
• Develop detailed business processes for category management and vendor selection.
• Own a spend category and its sourcing strategy.
• Negotiate contracts between TI and vendors.
• Oversee vendor relationships including price, quotes, contracts, and warranties.
• Manage all sourcing communications between vendors and business units.
• Collaborate with global operations to resolve vendor management and supply risk issues.
• Work with product development teams to source new technologies for manufacturing and IC design.
• Leverage TI’s supplier performance framework to align with business needs.
