Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a procurement professional to support Enterprise Supply Management. The role focuses on leading sourcing transactions, engaging with leadership and suppliers, and ensuring contract requirements are understood and met.

Applicants should have prior sourcing experience, IT software/hardware familiarity, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent. Oracle, ERP, ServiceNow, Globality, and Sirian experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years related work experience in sourcing or Vanguard experience.
• Experience with IT software and hardware.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with Oracle, ERPs, ServiceNow, Globality, Sirian desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads low and medium complexity sourcing transactions based on business needs.
• Leads discussions on relationship, cost, and capabilities with leadership and suppliers.
• Drives engagements through defined sourcing processes and involves stakeholders as needed.
• Interprets and communicates contract requirements, obligations, and risk.
• Oversees contract review, approvals, and negotiations; supports policy compliance.
