Qualifications

• Three to five years in operational purchasing or relevant fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source raw materials, packaging components, and equipment from approved suppliers.
• Place purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and manage bill of lading where applicable.
• Analyze stock levels and set min/max/reorder points to minimize shortages.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, and Quality teams.
• Monitor supplier scorecards to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Drive cost reductions and enforce procurement policies.
