Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Purchasing Analyst II in Lester Prairie to partner with stakeholders and manage the end-to-end sourcing process for our products. The role covers supplier identification, cost negotiation, and QC compliance before mass production.

You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor supplier performance, drive cost savings, and maintain material availability to support growth. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle or SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Proven negotiation skills and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent analytical and spend-management abilities.
• Able to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for new products and negotiate costs.
• Manage purchasing operations from order to delivery.
• Identify suppliers and assess capabilities for QC standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, QA, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure supply continuity and align service levels.
