Job summary

Sealed Air in Reading, PA, seeks a Manager, Integrated Planning to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and production. You will coach planners and buyers across multiple facilities, using SAP PP/DS and APS tools to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs.

This role requires 5–10 years in supply chain planning and 4+ years in leadership, plus strong data analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years in supply chain planning with manufacturing focus.
• 4+ years in leadership roles in regional/global planning.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership across international sites.
• Solid SAP PP/DS experience and APS tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Production planning & scheduling to balance demand, capacity, and materials.
• Lead tactical procurement to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Contribute to S&OP by aligning plans with forecasts.
• Monitor inventory and apply safety stocks, reorder points, and EOQ.
• Coach and develop planning teams, drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations on schedules.
• Utilize data, dashboards, and KPIs to optimize performance.
• Identify process gaps and implement automation/lean tools.
• Assess supply risks and adjust schedules to minimize impact.
• Support additional projects as needed.
