Job summary

Red Oak Sourcing seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Analysis (Pharmaceutical Operations) to oversee daily generic pharma operations and analytics in support of CVS Health and Cardinal Health. You will deliver data-driven service level insights, mentor analysts, and present executive summaries to cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily generic pharmaceutical supply chain activities and analytics.
Present data-driven service level insights weekly to cross-functional teams.
Field questions from CVS and Cardinal Health and prioritize work for continuity.
Coordinate stock flow, global logistics, and contracting with internal teams.
Mentor and develop analyst team members and deliver milestones for seasonal supply.
Lead business reviews and communicate risk/opportunity findings to leadership.
