Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to develop and manage analytics for our sourcing team. You will build dashboards and reports to inform cost-saving strategies and supplier decisions, working cross-functionally across product, finance, and supply chain.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement analytics, strong Excel and Power Query skills, and experience in a fast-paced CPG environment. This hybrid role supports both Austin HQ operations and remote partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or finance preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a procurement/supply chain analytics role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate conclusions and recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced CPG environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage reports to provide actionable measurements for sourcing.
• Create tools to drive data collection efficiency and automate processes.
• Build dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI to communicate findings for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain Excel models and Power Query pipelines for data integration.
