Nutrabolt is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to develop and manage reports that provide actionable measurements for the sourcing team. You will support sourcing strategy, resource allocations, cost templates, PPV analysis, and cost-saving initiatives while building tools to automate data collection.

As Nutrabolt’s Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reports to provide actionable measurements to Nutrabolt’s sourcing team. You are responsible for supporting all aspects of the sourcing process, including: sourcing strategy, resource allocations, cost savings tracker, PPV (Price Purchase Variance), competitive assessment, cost templates, and standard creation. You will not only create tools to drive efficiency in data collection (automation, standardization etc.), but proactively analyze that data to provide actionable recommendations to the sourcing team. You will work closely and proactively with both internal and external representatives on availability, OH, usage, cost fluctuation explanations, and material source approval support for key ingredients.
Providing proactive cost report analysis, projections, and evaluations for strategic sourcing improvements and opportunities. Lead and organize the NPD process by working cross functionally with the portfolio management team. Manage cost saving tracker and database, which includes itemization and realization of pro-rated savings and cost avoidance. Quarterly updates of commodity profiles and market analysis research reports. Collects, interprets, and reports on supply market intelligence and implications of finished good costs related to and derived from multiple industry indices. Prepare presentations and documents by delegating assignments to cross functional teams. Inclusive of Quarterly Business Review calendar. Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau and/or PowerBI to communicate findings and support strategic decision‑making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven solutions and monitor their effectiveness. Support the development of new methodologies and tools to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct supply chain benchmarking, conversion analysis, and tier analysis. Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, utilizing Power Query for data integration and transformation. Experience with Excel macros is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, or Finance preferred. Strong communication and relationship skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and high sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests at once. Ability to manage upwardly and laterally. 3+ years of experience or interactive exposure in a procurement/supply chain/sourcing/analytics role. Proficient in Microsoft office; Advanced Excel knowledge preferred. Experience in fast paced CPG environment is a plus. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to articulate and formulate a valid conclusion and recommendation. Strong financial acumen and understanding of supply chain & procurement processes and ability to recommend automation opportunities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query for data integration and transformation; experience with Excel macros is preferred.
