Job summary

ThreePDS is seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain to transform complex supply chain data into clear business insights. You will develop dashboards, automate reports, analyze performance trends, and partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Inventory, and IT teams in a hybrid environment in Fort Worth, TX.

The ideal candidate brings advanced SQL, Python, and Tableau skills, along with strong business judgment and knowledge of supply chain operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
5+ years hands-on SQL experience with joins, aggregations, CTEs, and optimization.
3+ years Python for data analysis, automation, or reporting workflows.
2+ years Tableau for dashboards, data sources, and publishing.
Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define reporting, analytics, and data requirements.
Design, publish, and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards and executive scorecards.
Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries and data extracts.
Use Python to automate data preparation, checks, and analytics workflows.
Analyze inventory, supplier performance, demand trends, lead times, and KPIs.
Translate data into actionable findings for technical and nontechnical audiences.
Monitor activity to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop reporting supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
Provide guidance for dashboards, reporting platforms, and data integrations.
Contribute to testing, implementation of new applications, and governance.
