Job summary

Idlogistics seeks a Sourcing Analyst to transform procurement data into strategic actions. You will analyze spend patterns, build business cases, and drive supplier negotiations and events with data-driven insights.

The role combines advanced Excel and Power BI expertise with financial acumen, delivering dashboards that track savings, rebates, and performance, while leveraging enterprise AI tools to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, spend analytics or related analytics.
Advanced Excel and Power BI dashboard/report development experience.
Experience building financial models and tracking savings or cost avoidance.
Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and project-management skills.
Experience with enterprise AI tools and validating output.
Ability to translate complex data into concise executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

Analyze spend by category, supplier, site and cost center to identify opportunities.
Support end-to-end sourcing events: market research, RFx, bid analysis, awards.
Build category strategies, supplier analyses, and executive recommendations.
Develop savings, rebates, cost avoidance, and working-capital improvements.
Create total cost of ownership and ROI models; track value from ID to negotiation.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering spend, performance, rebates and value.
Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders; communicate project status to leaders.
Use approved AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting; ensure data confidentiality.
