Wesco is seeking an Analyst – Sourcing to research and analyze marketplace data on vendors and suppliers, and to provide business recommendations. You will manage a supply chain to ensure high material availability at the lowest total ownership cost for client operations, acting as the primary contact to suppliers and driving procurement efficiency.

The role involves leading negotiations, analyzing spend, and coordinating supplier strategies with sales engineers, while aligning inventory

Qualificações

• Associates’ Degree required; Bachelors preferred.
• 2 years related experience required, 4 years preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Effective skills in contract negotiation and implementation.
• Performance management and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate contract elements (terms, pricing, lead-time).
• Manage supplier performance and develop metrics.
• Create corrective action plans for performance failures.
• Prepare and review RFQ blankets and re-bid expiring blankets.
• Load pricing and lead times in purchasing database; maintain accuracy.
