Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager to lead day-to-day management of technical projects within the Product Generation Process (PGP) framework. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, secure and monitor NPI deliverables, and work with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective industrialization of ASML products.

You will drive risk assessments, manage cost-of-goods roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to secure Make/Buy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical or supply chain field.
6+ years of experience in an NPI environment.
Proven track record in project management.
Experience interfacing with suppliers on industrialization targets.
Experience in bottleneck management of manufacturing processes.
Previous sourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and monitor supply chain and sourcing NPI deliverables in the Product Generation Process (PGP).
Identify and manage supply chain risks as the voice of suppliers in product teams.
Drive Cost of Goods roadmap with SS&P clusters/commodities and supplier teams.
Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecast and manage spend for NRE and tooling/packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure KD deliverables alignment.
Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering for intro timelines.
Identify bottlenecks and manage critical path for new parts and time-to-market.
First point of contact for supply chain operations in the cross-sector project cluster.
