Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive communication, updates and decisions in leadership forums.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining momentum.
• Technical fluency with platforms and tooling to partner with engineering.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities for analysis with validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated program plans across workstreams with release readiness.
• Track critical path items and drive course corrections across teams.
• Run governance forums, status meetings, and leadership readouts.
• Maintain a decision log with clear ownership and timely closure.
• Track actions with owners and due dates, with proactive escalations.
• Create executive-ready status decks summarizing progress, risks, and next steps.
• Own end-to-end risk, issue, dependency management with mitigation plans.
• Manage resourcing and capacity across programs, onboarding/offboarding.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis and validate outputs.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis and documentation with human review.
