Job summary

JPMorganChase in New Jersey is seeking a Solutions Analyst III to bridge product owners, business, operations, and developers by leveraging technical fluency and analytical reasoning. You will translate needs into clear requirements, partner with engineering on scalable platforms, and apply AI/LLM-based solutions to accelerate adoption.

You will craft PRDs and roadmaps, contribute to data platform governance, and communicate progress to diverse stakeholders while advancing enterprise data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solutions analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and data flow requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and backlogs; maintain alignment with OKRs.
• Create PRDs, epics, and acceptance criteria; manage prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate to design architectures, policies, and governance aligned to business strategy.
• Keep up with industry trends and apply best practices to evolving needs.
• Build engagement programs to accelerate adoption of data platforms.
• Run discovery, synthesize feedback, and convert insights into roadmaps with KPIs.
• Coordinate releases across engineering, architecture, design, operations, risk/compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate plans, risks, and progress; manage dependencies and incident response.
