Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Solutions Partner, a senior client-facing advisor and solution architect, to design workforce transformation solutions that align business priorities, skills strategies, and measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end solution strategy throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment between requirements, feasibility, services design, implementation, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution consulting or enterprise tech.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR, talent, or learning initiatives.
• Proven ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery with a broad buying committee to identify priorities.
• Translate needs into an outcome-based solution strategy aligned to business goals.
• Craft executive narratives and business cases showing ROI.
• Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture across the sales lifecycle.
• Design scalable solutions across Skillsoft offerings and partner technologies.
• Oversee services delivery to ensure value realization.
