Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced solutions architect to design scalable, compliant IT solutions for government programs. You will lead high-priority initiatives, translate client needs into architecture, and collaborate with executives, delivery teams, and customers to ensure successful implementation.

You will mentor junior architects and drive technical leadership across multiple teams while aligning with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.
• Experience with government IT landscape and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, extensible IT solutions.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ response development and whitepapers.
• Mentor architects and guide cross-team efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture.
