Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior Solution Architect to design scalable, compliant IT solutions for government pursuits. You will lead architectural strategy, defining technical win themes and differentiators, while leveraging MAXIMUS Accelerators and reusable components.

You will mentor junior architects, collaborate with capture managers, and ensure proposals include robust solution architecture and pricing approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable IT solutions for government pursuits.
• Lead large solution components and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Translate client requirements into viable solution elements and architecture views.
• Mentor junior architects and guide across teams.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with technical architecture and pricing input.
