Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements across Intelligence Center X and other offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable solution architectures and govern end-to-end delivery with Siemens methods and reusable patterns.

You will supervise architecture governance, ensure non-functional requirements, and coordinate across applications, data, AI, and integrations to support ongoing operations and future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes and desired outcomes into clear solution designs and acceptance criteria.
• Governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and define end-to-end architectures.
• Decompose solution into work packages and support estimates and planning.
• Clarify design intent, remove blockers, and ensure governance across teams.
• Coordinate activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor teams and ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
• Present status and decisions to project governance forums and executives.
