• Experience establishing governance, standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
• Experience designing solutions on modern cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Strong focus on security, resiliency, observability, and operational readiness.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
