WinsAbove is seeking a Solution Architect to join its Field Engineering team in New York. This role encompasses both pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. You will design architectures, lead technical discussions, and help customers effectively adopt and standardize on WinsAbove’s solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript, and significant experience in customer-facing roles. You will engage with customers to ensure success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Comfortable discussing application code with engineering teams.
• Able to translate web performance and security fundamentals into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and shape solution strategy.
• Design target architectures for agentic workflows.
• Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end-to-end.
• Engage post-sale to guide onboarding and implementations.
• Proactively assess customer performance and reliability.
