Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process improvement, or related work.
• Experience leading requirements discovery and documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, software development teams, and quality assurance teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience using backlog management, process mapping, wireframing, or collaboration tools.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to clarify problems, outcomes, constraints, scope, and options.
• Translate business needs into artifacts including process maps, workflows, business rules, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create mid-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and storyboard to illustrate requirements and validate scope with stakeholders.
• Partner with development, QA, product leadership, operations, and stakeholders to clarify behavior, edge cases, dependencies, testing needs, and release readiness.
• Facilitate prioritization by evaluating business value, practicality, and complexity with product and leadership.
