You will engage with stakeholders and drive improvements across functions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in requirements gathering, data visualization, SQL, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of related experience; Travel may be required.
• CBAP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to collect functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gather information from multiple sources and evaluate it for relevance.
• Map current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Bridge gap between Development and Business teams to ensure alignment with needs.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to enable adoption of new procedures.
• Identify development areas and anticipate challenges to keep projects on track.
• Prevent scope creep and support continuous improvement to adapt to market needs.
