Job summary

HuLoop Automation in Auburn, CA seeks a Solution Engineer to partner with the sales team, design tailored HuLoop solutions, and demonstrate measurable business impact to prospective clients.

In this high-visibility pre-sales role, you will guide customers from discovery through contract, translate challenges into technical designs, and help financial institutions and retailers realize faster, more accurate outcomes with our AI-powered platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales role in SaaS or automation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and live demonstration skills.
• Strong discovery abilities to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Familiarity with AI, Intelligent Agents, or automation platforms.
• Experience in banking, credit unions, or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic, engaging software demonstrations showing tailored use cases, value propositions, and business impact.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through close.
• Translate customer business challenges into tailored HuLoop solution designs.
• Build and deliver proof-of-value engagements before contract signing.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with compelling answers.
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer, feeding market feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
• Stay current on HuLoop’s platform capabilities, roadmap, and competitive landscape.
• Support a smooth handoff to Customer Success and Implementation after close.
