Omilia - Conversational Intelligence is seeking a Solution Consultant Director to lead and scale its pre-sales function across regions, driving revenue growth through technical excellence and strong team performance. You will set the standard for solution architecture, own regional opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure credible, commercially aligned engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers.
• Recruit and onboard regional SC and Demo Engineer talent.
• Engage in strategically significant opportunities with discovery workshops and exec-level presentations.
• Ensure demos meet quality standards aligned to Sales goals.
• Review Demos, architectures, Scopes of Work, and RFP responses for major accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to define pre-sales strategy and pipeline priorities.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable assets and demo environments.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for blockers and complex integrations.
• Coordinate with Product and Delivery to translate field intelligence into roadmap input.
• Drive pre-sales forecasting accuracy with Sales leadership.
• Represent Omilia at senior customer forums, industry events, and partner engagements.
• Own continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, tooling, and team capability.
