Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to guide a major technology modernization effort. You will shape end‑to‑end architecture across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET/Java, and Google Cloud, while aligning with business strategy and executive leadership.

You will influence roadmaps, drive modernization, and mentor project teams, translating complex processes into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes for our healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-15+ years in technology with 5+ years in architecture roles.
• Experience with large-scale transformations including SAP BRIM, Salesforce, and microservices.
• Cloud expertise, preferably GCP; AWS/Azure also valuable.
• Strong data/analytics platform knowledge (BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau, Looker).
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end architectural vision aligned to business goals.
• Present architecture roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead design across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET/Java, and GCP analytics.
• Architect robust integrations with ERP and pharmacy systems.
• Provide governance, guidance, and mentorship to teams.
• Drive automation, modernization, and debt reduction.
• Collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects on requirements.
• Understand end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Lead adoption of AI and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
