Cardinal Health seeks a visionary Solution Architect to shape the modernization of our technology ecosystem, including SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java microservices, and Google Cloud analytics. You will translate complex business needs into scalable architecture while influencing executive-level decision making.

You will align technology investments with business objectives, lead cross-functional teams, and drive innovation, modernization, and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8-15+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in architecture roles.
• Experience with large-scale transformations and ERP integrations (SAP BRIM, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end architectural vision aligned with business goals.
• Present architectural strategies and roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead modern design across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java apps, and GCP data/analytics.
• Architect robust integrations with healthcare partners' ERPs and pharmacy systems.
• Provide governance, mentorship, and technical guidance to project teams.
• Champion modernization, automation, and debt reduction through architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects to translate strategy into designs.
• Understand end-to-end processes and data flows to guide solution design.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation within the technology roadmap.
