Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to join a high-growth unit and lead the end-to-end architectural vision across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java apps with Google Cloud analytics.

You will translate complex business processes into scalable architectural solutions, influence senior stakeholders, and guide modernization efforts while partnering with executive leadership to shape product and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8-15+ years of progressive technology experience with at least 5 years in solution architecture roles.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformations including ERP/CRM system integration.
• Experience with SAP BRIM and Salesforce, data & analytics, microservices (Java, .NET) and event-driven patterns.
• Strong cloud expertise (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure helpful).
• Knowledge of data & analytics platforms (BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau, Looker, AI solutions).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end architectural vision ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Simplify and present complex concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead design and evolution of the technology landscape across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java apps and GCP analytics.
• Architect robust integration between healthcare partners' ERP and pharmacy systems with retail freight offerings.
• Provide architectural governance, mentorship, and quality assurance across project teams.
• Champion innovation and modernization, reducing technical debt and increasing automation.
• Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and enterprise architects to translate strategy into designs.
• Develop deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows to guide solution design.
