Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect with Consumer Goods Cloud experience to act as a strategic advisor for our largest enterprise customers.

You will leverage Salesforce product knowledge, AI tools, and industry expertise to deliver ROIs. You will co-create vision with the customer, manage complex multi-workstream engagements, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Success, Product, and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise-level project experience with waterfall and Agile methods.
• 3+ years in Consumer Goods with CG cloud, Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management.
• Extensive Salesforce platform configuration & customization.
• Experience driving AI toolchains deployment (Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud).
• Ability to define architecture, identify gaps, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to client and guide deployment of emerging technologies.
• Coordinate delivery and manage risk, ensuring value realization.
• Lead agents and teams with strong communication across levels.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Review project direction and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable.
• Drive program vision and strategies to enable Salesforce platform use.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to maximize value.
