Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing software solutions across diverse technology stacks.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture or solution governance practices.
• Solid background in solution architecture, integration design, and modern patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to evaluate technical approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Depth in microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD.
• Certs (AWS Architect, Kubernetes, TOGAF) are a plus.
• Regular attendance and travel as required.
• Must complete Penske employment process and background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to PoC efforts to validate approaches before adoption.
• Advocate lean and agile practices to streamline design and implementation.
