Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Professional Services to oversee procurement of services including marketing, communications, and corporate services. You will lead RFx events, negotiate enterprise agreements, and manage contract renewals while building TCO/ROI models to support KPI compliance across the supplier base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Deep knowledge of consulting and service deliverable-based contracts.
• Strong analytical capabilities - comfortable with spend data, utilization metrics and TCO modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for new professional services purchases - conducting needs assessments, managing RFx processes and negotiating enterprise agreements.
• Own the renewal management for existing contracts, initiating reviews 90+ days before expiration to optimize terms and right-size licenses.
• Analyze and build TCO and ROI models, so contracting teams can build contracts to support KPI compliance by our supplier base
• Partner with key business stakeholders to assess needs and build requirements for RFx events.
• Maintain supplier relationships through structured business reviews, performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Feed market intelligence and sourcing insights back to the Professional Services Category Manager to inform broader category strategy.
• Engage and participate in special projects or complete other duties as assigned
