Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization.

The role is contract-based, with remote work from the Pacific Northwest, and could transition to a contract-to-hire engagement.

Qualifications

Degreed with experience negotiating software, SaaS, or tech contracts.
Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor or contract management.
Experience cross-functional with Legal, Finance, IT.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
Self-starter able to drive initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process.
Identify cost savings opportunities and optimize vendor spend.
Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation.
Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting.
Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows.
