Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role partners with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization.

You will lead sourcing and vendor management activities, ensure compliance, and drive cost savings while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degreed; experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology contracts.
• Procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout procurement.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation.
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting.
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows.
