Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field, social work, or psychology and licensure as a family social worker; or a valid credential authorizing personnel services as a social worker.
• 60 months of social services work experience and 3 years of supervisory experience required; a master’s degree may substitute for some experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program budgets, payroll, disbursements, and personnel in line with Tribal Purchasing Policy.
• Advocate and facilitate client access to tribal and community services and coordinate protection of vulnerable adults and children with related entities.
