Job summary

Weichert is seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and report on the company’s social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and advancing our mission in real estate.

You will develop editorial calendars, create engaging content, work with the creative team on visuals and messaging, monitor KPIs, and help amplify employee and agent voices while staying ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, graphic design or related field or proven experience as a social media manager with focus on content creation.
• Portfolio available on request

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily operations and initiatives, including editorial calendars, content development and user engagement.
• Oversees development of social-specific content across all media channels, ensuring brand priorities are met (images, video, copy).
• Collaborates with the creative team to develop measurable objectives and innovative strategies for expanding Weichert’s social presence.
• Ensures branding consistency across platforms and campaigns; contributes to rebranding efforts as needed.
• Interacts with stakeholders to understand business needs and create messaging that inspires action.
• Develops measurable objectives and strategies to build the company’s social presence and brand.
• Maintains a library of content assets and optimizes social pages for visibility and engagement.
• Stays updated on trends, algorithms, and design innovations to keep content fresh.
