Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading social media for a brand, preferably B2B or education sector.
• Experience developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Assess calendars across business units to determine best-fit content for master brand channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
• Handle day-to-day social media operations, including calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and foster audience engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
• Stay current on trends, platforms, and best practices.
