Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media strategy and management.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive paid and organic social media plan that aligns with business goals and drives engagement.
• Create high-quality, engaging social content tailored to target audiences, including articles, landing pages, infographics, and videos.
• Manage and optimize presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Meta properties; moderate queries and escalate as needed.
• Monitor and analyze content performance and social listening data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, product, data science, legal, compliance, and media teams for cohesive execution.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh.
