Job summary

State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) is seeking a Social Media Engagement Strategist or Senior Social Media and Engagement Strategist to join the Executive/ Communications and Public Affairs team.

The role focuses on developing, publishing and monitoring social content to raise awareness, drive inbound traffic and engage audiences, using analytics to report results and inform improvements. On-site, standard weekday hours, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, IT or related field.
• 3+ years in social media, communications, marketing or digital content (Grade 9N).
• 7–10 years related experience required (Grade 10).
• Familiarity with major social platforms and analytics tools required.
