• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience partnering with a team of bank employees to solve client issues.
• Experience managing a client portfolio with relationship deepening.
• Knowledge of small business financial products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client journey to deliver client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identifies and refers specialized small business opportunities and solutions to clients.
• Delivers branded customer experience within sales portfolios by being in the field at least 80% of the time.
• Fosters relationships with key partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Counsels on credit solutions and digital capabilities to meet business goals.
• Supports execution of sales delivery model to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coaches and delivers feedback to associates and clients in a client-centric culture.
