Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in credit administration or commercial loan underwriting.
• Experience with small business underwriting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites and performs renewals or reviews of loans up to $10MM.
• Underwrites and decisions new loan requests, renewals, annual reviews, and credit assessments.
• Provides outstanding service to business bankers and internal partners.
• Structures loan requests to fit policy while mitigating risks.
• Delivers a great customer experience from application to funding.
• Recommends loan risk ratings as part of underwriting.
• Ensures adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies process improvements and supports training and growth.
