Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field preferred, or IRMI/PLCS or equivalent designation.
• CISR designation preferred.
• Organizational and effective written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, including policy inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and document all service activities in the agency management system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to resolve service issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively initiate renewal processes.
