Element Risk Management's Ohio offices are seeking a Small Business Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure policy accuracy, and deliver comprehensive risk solutions. You’ll serve as the go-to for day-to-day servicing, underwriting coordination, and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field preferred.
• IRMI/PLCS or equivalent designation desirable.
• CISR designation preferred.
• Must be organized with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications, policy inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and document activities in the agency system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor renewal timelines and initiate renewal processes.
• Support risk advisors and account executives with proposals and client deliverables.
• Coordinate communications between carriers and account executives.
• Oversee underwriting processes to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and gaps in coverage.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and market shifts.
