The role focuses on building a robust pipeline, attracting new business, and expanding existing relationships through consultative sales and tailored financial solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong financial analysis capabilities, and deep knowledge of business banking products.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, loan documentation, and related technologies.
• Strong experience with customer sales and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and manages relationships with small business clients to grow a pipeline of new business.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Identifies opportunities and cross-sells additional products and services to meet client needs.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and builds trust through expert guidance and responsive support.
