Job summary

BMO Financial Group in California is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to cultivate a portfolio of small business clients and drive new business growth. You will apply consultative sales, develop strong networks, and reference appropriate BMO colleagues to expand wallet share.

Qualifications

4–6 years of relevant experience.
Post-secondary degree in related field.
Strong financial analysis skills with credit knowledge.
Knowledge of business banking products and lending processes.
Experience with customer sales and service.

Responsibilities

Cultivates and manages relationships with small business clients to build a pipeline of new business.
Develops sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
