• Experience leading cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide process clarity, end-to-end improvements, and governance.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to optimize performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, root-cause analyses, and Kaizen events.
• Develop business cases, dashboards, and control plans to sustain gains.
