IDR, Inc. seeks a Site Services Category Manager to oversee and optimize a $68M site services procurement portfolio across the Americas. You will lead sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and align with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and improved service quality.

Based in Glen Mills, PA, you will drive category strategies, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement continuous improvement for waste management, piping, canteen, and groundskeeping. Strong negotiation and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or category management with on-site services.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute.
• Experience with e-sourcing tools (ARIBA) and sourcing events.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex supply agreements and achieve cost savings.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; cross-functional leadership.
