Novo Nordisk is seeking a Site Portfolio Manager to lead the site Project Portfolio Management process, drive prioritization, and coordinate governance across directorates. You will support investment budgeting and ensure alignment with the site strategy while communicating risks and constraints to leadership.

The role requires strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Clarity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with seven years’ experience in Project or Change Management, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Alternative education paths with equivalent years of experience are acceptable as stated.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with Clarity experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site Project Portfolio Management process and prioritization.
• Drive monthly steering group meetings and provide standardized materials across director areas.
• Coordinate portfolio governance and communications with management and stakeholders.
• Support budget development and alignment with site strategy and goals.
• Ensure timely risk communication and resolution of resource constraints.
